Do you have roadblocks or bottlenecks in your business that annoy people or worse, prevent them from doing business with you in the first place? You should try and root out everything that people have told you either annoy them or that you could do better. And if no one has told you what you could do better, you aren’t asking, which is a problem, you should always be asking for feedback on how you can get better!
